Feels nice but doesn't remove all makeup

This eye makeup remover didn't remove my eyeliner/shadow very well, and I had to press hard and pull the soaked cotton pad to remove the makeup.

It's better at removing blush and foundation, but didn't find it great as an eye makeup remover.

Love!!!!!!!!

The remover is my go-to makeup remover at this point, non greasy and feels good on my skin, and who can say no to Chamomile!!!!!!
