How long before I receive my order?

All orders are generally processed in 1-3 business days.

I just signed up today for your beauty box, when do I receive it?

All orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Your next recurring billing date will auto reset to the first of the month.

I just logged in and it says I do not have a subscription?

If you signed up before August 2018, our new website is not integrated with your subscription box. Please refer to your initial welcome email for all the links to update CC, update address etc.

I want to cancel my subscription, can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. Please allow 48 hours for your cancellation request to be finalized not including weekends. If you request a cancellation after your next month charge goes through, you will be cancelled for the following month. Prepaid subscriptions are final sales and not refundable.

How do I update my credit card or address?

If you signed up before August 2018, our new website is not integrated with your subscription box. Please refer to your initial welcome email for all the links to update CC, update address etc. Otherwise contact us for the links.

My order was shipped to my old address, can I get another?

It is fully your responsibility to update your address in our system. Boxes are shipped to the address we have on file automatically. We are not held responsible for outdated addresses.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please allow 48 hours for cancellation. Our new website is not integrated with the subscription box customers signed up prior to August 2018. Please use the handy links inside your welcome email. If you have lost that email please visit our contact us page and send us a cancellation request. Please note our response times are 48 hours (not including weekends). If you are charged during this time you will still receive that current month's box. We do not offer refunds on subscription boxes.  If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. Once your box has been charged there will be no refunds. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS AFTER A CHARGE HAS GONE THROUGH!

My credit card declined, am I cancelled?

No, you are still subscribed. Our system will automatically retry your card daily until your account is closed. Log into your account to update your payment details. If you sign up again, you will be charged twice and receive 2 boxes. We do not offer refunds once boxes have shipped.

An item in my subscription box arrived broken, what can I do?

Oh no! Send us a photo of the broken product and we will ship a replacement in your next months box. Account must be active and in good standing.

Do you ship to countries outside of the USA?

Yes, see our shipping page for details.

Do you accept money orders?

Unfortunately, we do not.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Please note that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.

Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Medusa's Makeup reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

I bought hair dye and do not like the color, can I get a refund?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair dye. A patch test and strand test is essential before beginning a hair color or lightening process. For that reason you should always perform a patch test! The Strand Test is to ensure your color will turn out how you’d like! Sometimes, it can save you from bleaching as well to see if the color will show up on hair before pre-lightening. But mostly it can allow you to see how it will look before you apply all over so you can adjust your mix or lighten your base color and get your desired result! 

I am having trouble with your website, (shopping cart, check out etc.) what do I do?

I am a subscriber to the monthly beauty box and my monthly fee just went up, why?

If you monthly fee went up, please understand, ALL pricing of ALL products including shipping have risen greatly. We reserve all rights to increase pricing based on inflation and USPS shipping fee increases.
