Is your makeup cruelty free?
Yes, we are PETA certified.
How long before I receive my order?
All orders are generally processed in 1-3 business days.
The tracking says it was delivered, but I did not receive it yet.
Occasionally, USPS will scan a package as “delivered” before it actually reaches your address. This can happen during busy shipping periods or holidays. We recommend allowing 1–2 business days for any USPS delays and checking around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, and with neighbors or household members.
If your package still hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after it’s marked as delivered, please contact us at info@medusasmakeup.com and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.
Please note: Orders marked as delivered by USPS are not eligible for replacement or refund if shipping insurance was not purchased at checkout. Shipping insurance protects your order in the rare case of loss, theft, or misdelivery, and we strongly recommend adding it for extra peace of mind.

We strive to accurately display our products, but please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
Makeup, Hair Dye & Tools
For hygiene and safety reasons, all makeup, hair dye, and beauty tools are final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items once an order has shipped.
Accessories
We accept returns or exchanges on accessories only.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Requests must be made within 30 days of the order date
Customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Ensuring items arrive back in original condition
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 3 days of delivery so we can make the situation right.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Order Acceptance
Medusa's Makeup reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. Orders may be reviewed for security, fraud prevention, or other business considerations. If an order is canceled, any authorized payment will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with the payment provider's processing times.
My order was shipped to my old address, can I get another?
It is fully your responsibility to update your address in our system. Boxes are shipped to the address we have on file automatically. We are not held responsible for outdated addresses.

My discount code is not working
If you find your discount code is not working and you believe it should apply to your order, please email us through our contact us page.

Currently we are seeking reviews, videos from Instagram and TikTok users with high engagement.
I want to cancel my subscription, can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Please allow 48 hours for your cancellation request to be finalized not including weekends. If you request a cancellation after your next month charge goes through, you will be
cancelled for the following month. Prepaid subscriptions are final sales and not refundable.
