All orders are generally processed in 1-3 business days. You will receive your box every month based on the date you signed up.

I just logged in and it says I do not have a subscription?

Our new website is not integrated with the subscription box. Please refer to your initial welcome email for all the links to update CC, update address etc.

How do I update my credit card or address?

My box was shipped to my old address, can I get another?

It is fully up to you to update your address in our system. Boxes are shipped to the address we have on file automatically. We cannot be held responsible for outdated addresses.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Our new website is not integrated with the subscription box. Please use the handy links inside your welcome email. If you have lost that email please visit our contact us page and send us a cancellation request. Please note our response times are 48 hours not including weekends. If you are charged during this time you will still receive that current month's box. We do not offer refunds on subscription boxes.

My credit card declined, am I cancelled?

No, you are still subscribed. Our system will automatically retry your card several days in a row. If you sign up again, you will be charged twice and receive 2 boxes. We do not offer refunds once boxes have shipped.

Do you ship to countries outside of the USA?

Do you accept money orders?

Unfortunately, we do not.

Currently we are seeking reviews, videos from Instagram users that have 20K + followers, If this applies to you, then please send us your inquiry.

Where can I buy your makeup besides online?

We sell our makeup in a wide variety of boutiques and salons.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Please note that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.
    If you wish to exchange a product, please do so within 14 days from the ship date for an exchange on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping.
    Naturally, we cannot take exchanges on used products, as determined by Medusa's Make-Up or products not bought online at medusasmakeup.com.
    To exchange an item(s) please follow these simple steps:
  ** Your product must be unopened and unused. Sale items are final. Subscription boxes are not returnable, not refundable.
