Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
U.S. Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $49
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Shipping rates for orders under $49 are calculated at checkout.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Occasionally, USPS may experience delays, and tracking information may not update for several days.
If your package has not shown tracking movement for 7 calendar days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
If your package remains undelivered with no tracking updates for 14 calendar days, we will arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned or misdelivered due to an incorrect or outdated address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges will apply to resend your order.
If we make an error with your shipping address, we will correct it at no additional charge.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping! Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International delivery typically takes around 14 business days, but delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, strikes, tariffs, or other global shipping conditions.
Please note: International shipments can occasionally experience significant delays once they leave the United States.
In some cases, packages may take 90+ days to be delivered, especially if held in customs.
For this reason, we are unable to consider international packages lost or issue replacements/refunds until 120 days have passed from the shipment date.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.
