Totally Baked Eyeshadow in a hi-pigment shimmer finish. From neutral hue to extreme color.

How to Use: Apply Stick It! eye primer to get a more dramatic effect or use Eyeliner Seal to create liquid eyeliner. Then apply eyeshadow as usual. Can be applied to eyes, lips & face.

The color payoff is very good but still blends out well. I don't think I'll ever finish any of these eyeshadows!

I wore this dry as a "shading" color under my eyes and it's not too sparkling that it makes the area look puffy. A small amount can still work as a shading color.
