Never been a fan of yellow but this Neon yellow is rockin!!

Fantastic

I love colorful shadows, but I especially love neon green / yellow, matte shadows. It's pigmented, but not so overly pigmented that it stains. Builds well with minimal fallout. Overall it's fantastic.
