Since every person's hair is unique, it's essential to do a strand test to preview the color before applying it fully. We also recommend a patch test to ensure you’re not sensitive to the product.

Step 1: Shampoo your hair and dry it thoroughly. Avoid using conditioner.

Step 2: (Optional) Apply coconut oil or petroleum jelly around your hairline and on your ears to help prevent skin staining.

Step 3: Open the bottle and remove the inner seal.

Step 4: Put on protective gloves and pour the desired amount of color into a bowl.

Step 5: Using a color brush, evenly apply the dye starting from the roots and working your way down to the ends. Begin at the nape of the neck and move upwards, ensuring the hair is fully saturated with color.

Step 6: Cover your hair with a plastic cap and let the color process for at least 30 minutes, or longer if desired. Since this hair color is conditioning and gentle, leaving it on longer won’t cause damage.

Step 7: Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear. For the first rinse, avoid rinsing in the shower—it's best to use a sink with cold water.

To minimize color transfer, ensure your hair is completely dry before going to bed.

• Avoid Conditioning Before Coloring: Avoid using conditioner right before applying the dye, as it can create a barrier that prevents color from penetrating.

• Wait Before Washing: After dyeing, wait at least 48-72 hours before washing your hair to allow the color to set.

• Use Cold Water: Wash your hair with cold or lukewarm water, as hot water can open the hair cuticles and cause color to fade faster.

• Limit Washing: Wash your hair less frequently to preserve the color. When you do wash, try to extend the time between washes as much as possible.

• Dry Shampoo: Use dry shampoo between washes to keep your hair fresh without needing to wash it as often.

• Avoid Chlorine: If you swim in a pool, wear a swim cap or rinse your hair with fresh water before swimming to prevent chlorine from stripping the color.
