The consistency has enough slip to glide on smoothly, with ample time to blend before it dries down. Once set, you can expect the shadow to wear well. As promised, there's minimal fallout, which is impressive considering how spectacularly metallic the shadow is. It wears well on its own or can be layered over another shadow.

On its own it creases on me but if i put it under powdered eyeshadow it really makes the color pop and last all day. Love it.

First off I usually can't use liquid eyeshadows because it feels wet.
So it was a plus that it didn't! No weird smell!
Stayed till removed.
Didn't move, didn't melt....
