The green is very pigmented and very visible in black light, just be careful it is also quite powdery and you might have some little flakes all over your face (that will be revealed even more under the black light)
I've been looking for a bright slime green color for years and nothing has ever been right, either not quite the exact tone, or not pigmented enough. This however was so bright my camera phona had trouble taking photos, and it didn't require packing to get the proper neon color. I Used the stick it primer, blended into matte pigment 13 and 24. It was difficult to blend and would pick itself up, though only in spots which makes me think it was the brushes I used or I was too heavy handed.
I thought this pigment was great for a neon shadow! It works great with the medusas makeup stick it primer, it also blended out well for a neon shadow. I would recommend!
