I really don't like this stuff. I have hooded eyes but am a fan of using the cat eye technique with my eyeliner so I need a good primer that will hold everything in place. In my face's resting state, my eyeliner line tends to transfer onto my upper lid without a primer to keep it from budging; a good primer can hold both my eyeshadow AND my eyeliner in place. This stuff is so not the fix for that. I usually use a cheap ELF eyelid primer that dries soft and powdery and it keeps my shadow + liner in place all day. I tried this stuff, and my eyeliner is smudging in my creases and transferring onto my upper lid in less than an hour. Maybe it will work better for different applications, I'll try it with sparkle or loose pigment, but with my everyday shadow and liner look it is awful and I would not recommend it.
Best eye primer I've ever used. I love that it's moisturizing instead of dry. Makes my eye shadow look smooth instead of clumpy like some other primers.
I've tried using it everyway, but it creases badly even if I use a small amount. But this product does not claim to not crease. It does stick eyeshadows however.
Absolutely LOVE this primer!! I got it in the subscription box, and dare I say I like it better than the Mac paint pot! It grabs on to the pigments, and does NOT let them move. It's perfect to use before laying down a transition shade or base color, and really helps you get the most out of every shadow.
I got this in a monthly beauty box a while back, and tried it out because I’d just run out of my normal primer. I will never use another primer again. This doesn’t just stick eyeshadows well, it also works with glitter! I wore a coarse silver glitter on my lids today for 13 hours and never even though about needing to touch it up!
